FormulaMate Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

FormulaMate does not require an account and does not collect names, contact details, device identifiers, location, payment information, or usage behavior. The app contains no advertising, user tracking, or third-party analytics service.

2. Data stored on your device

The following data is stored only in the app's local storage on the current device and is not transmitted to a developer server:

• Custom formulas created by the user;
• Calculation records the user chooses to save;
• Bill notes created or edited by the user, including title, content, and calculation time;
• Preferences such as app language, appearance, and list or grid presentation.

Monthly filtering is generated only from calculation times already stored in local bill notes. It does not access contacts, photos, location, calendars, or data from other apps. Users can delete formulas, history, and bill notes inside the app. Removing the app deletes its data from the current device. If Apple device backup or restore is enabled, inclusion of local data is controlled by the user's system settings and Apple's rules; the developer cannot access those backups.

3. System sharing

A selected result is handed to a third-party app only when the user actively invokes the iOS share sheet and chooses that app. FormulaMate does not share or upload content in the background. The receiving app handles it under its own privacy policy.

4. Permissions and network access

Core features work entirely offline. The current version does not request location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or notification access, and does not connect to a developer server.

5. This website

This is a static product and support website. Its code includes no advertising, user tracking, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies. The server operator may create ordinary access logs for security and operations; the developer should update this disclosure to match the production server configuration.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Policy updates

If a future version adds network features, accounts, cloud sync, social functions, or other data processing, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before launch. Consent will be requested where applicable.
